Service Delivery Officer
CONTEXTE
La Direction de la Qualité du Système d’Information a pour mission transversale de piloter et d’assurer la performance de la qualité de service du SI.
Les équipes de la Qualité de Service regroupent les activités d’Assistance aux Métiers, de Suivi de Production et de Gestion des incidents majeurs et des problèmes.
Ce poste est rattaché hiérarchiquement au Responsable de l’Assistance technique et fonctionnelle au sein du département Qualité de Service
DESCRIPTIF
Assister le SDM Transverse dans la gestion des commandes et des facturations sur les contrats de support Helpline /Sécurinfor et Consort NT (~10M€ / An)
- Lancement et suivi des bons de commandes trimestriels vers les 3 fournisseurs d’assistance, en fonction des UO définis par le SDM
- Lancement et suivi des bons de commandes de prestations complémentaires
- Lancement et suivi des commandes de matériels et du B&F
- Validation des facturations
- Préparation des données de refacturation aux entités
Assister le SDM Transverse dans le suivi mensuel des Indicateurs et SLA:
- Contrôle mensuel par picking ou requêtes Service Now des SLA/KPI
- Contrôle Qualité et Sécurité
Ressources fournisseurs:
- Suivi des entrées, sorties et renouvellements des ressources de nos prestataires d’Assistance
- Création des comptes et habilitations
Mise sous contrôle des Assets dans SILVA:
- Suivi de la Conformité avec les inventaires, les incidents et les demandes
- Suivi spécifique des restitutions
- Suivi spécifique des résiliations de lignes

Description
The purchasing Specialist is responsible for leveraging the purchasing power of the entire organization through all operational functions to produce cost savings through standardization of specifications and bulk purchasing. Creates and promotes efficient and effective procurement practices and processes using continuous improvement methodologies and by leveraging technology. Quantifies and projects amount of materials and supplies needed company-wide by combining information from multiple groups and works closely with head of departments. And being responsible for the day-to-day implementation of policies, and procedures that will assure a well-maintained facility.
We are looking for an innovative purchasing Specialist Officer to lead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes within our organization
Missions
Procurement Management:
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Prepare procurement reports.
- Approving Purchase orders and confirming delivery of goods and services
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
- Work closely with Finance Department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company.
- Implement new processes and improve existing ones.
- Implement supplier or third-party management software.
Track all the company requirements on the supply of goods and services
Key skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement middle office operations and facilities management.
- Experience in handling ERP’s like PeopleSoft / SAP
- Bachelor / Masters in Business Administration
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT AND TEAM
The Human Resources department will serve a diverse population around 2800 employees (10 countries in Europe, Asia, US and Morocco) and 10 professional families and expertise. Group Operations Transformation has been set up in 2017 and will continue its in-depth transformation in the coming years
In this context, the Talent Acquisition Team is accountable for:
- Sourcing and selecting diverse Talent Pools (Internal & External) to ensure the right supply of Talent at all levels in the Organization
POSITION MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES
Mission
The Recruiter will interact with the Hiring Manager and HRBP to define a business resourcing strategy and handle the recruitment process. He/she will support the business through translating business requirements into recruitment plans. He/she may also be providing strategic direction on the best way to approach recruitment for a specific geography or business line.
Main Activities
- Proactively work with the business to identify today’s and tomorrow’s staffing needs
- Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from determining the selection criteria with hiring managers to driving the interviews and to finally manage the closing of each requisition.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Interview candidates and assess information provided
- As a real business partner, you collaborate with HR teams and managers, locally and at international level, and provide guidance and insights on market data
- Provide support to managers when designing job descriptions
- Provide regular reporting material on recruitment activity and present to the Management team
- Collaborate actively to our employer branding initiatives together with other HR and operational departments to increase attractivity, using social networks to create and animate communities
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- For pipelining purposes, you foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Perform market watch, identify and use disruptive tools to enhance our employer branding strategy.
Profile
The candidate must have proven work experience as Talent Acquisition specialist or similar role
Technical skills:
- Good practice of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Demonstrate high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite
Transversal skills:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Proven experience in volume recruiting within a Shared Service Centre
- Proven experience in working across countries
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Great sense of organization
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Fluent level of English
