Surveillance Supervisor
Our talented Surveillance Supervisor will be in charge of analyzing situations and behaviors in gaming rooms, detecting anomalies that are contrary to gaming rules and internal procedures as well as protecting company assets and revenues and conducting investigations into suspicious activity.
Main responsabilities:
- Analyze situations and behaviors in playrooms
- Analyze a tape recorded by isolating the relevant facts
- Anticipate failures and incidents
- Decoding the meaning of an image or a sound
- Detect the pipes and conduct contrary to the rules games or internal procedures
- Maintain an active waking state over a long period
- Respond in real time
- Follow the evolution of a situation or behavior
- Organize and schedule the work of the team
- Use proper equipment and keep it in working condition
- Monitoring the enforcement gaming by customers and employees
- Control of smooth games
- Inform management in case of dispute incident or malfunction
- Monitoring of one or several playrooms

Requirements:
- Previous Gaming experience of at least Pit Boss level or equivalent
- Ability to adapt to the diversity of businesses, customers and variations flow of activity.

Our talented Shift Manager will oversee all gaming and slot machine operations. supervise his/her team and ensure that the offer is sufficiently complete and diversified. In charge of checking the equipment, he/she establishes the equipment maintenance schedule and ensures that no technical problems can affect access to the games for customers. In addition, He/she ensures that the law is properly applied and that safety and security standards are respected. In the absence of the manager, he/she supervises the operation.
Main Responsabilities:
- Representation of the casino management
- Control of the sincerity and regularity of the games.
- Welcoming customers.
- Informing, advising and guiding customers.
- Implementing promotional and/or entertainment activities.
- Building customer loyalty: invitations, gifts, loyalty cards

- Assister les clients
- Faire le lien entre les clients MAS et le service Food & Bev.
- Aider les clients à comprendre les machines à sous avec une connaissance parfaite des différents jeux et tables de paiement.

- Assister les techniciens pour résoudre les pannes mineures et faire la maintenance des machines à sous.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Online Manager to join our team at our luxury Resort developed by Kerzner International group, designed to create amazing experiences and everlasting memories!As an Online Manager you are in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote our Resort’s brand, products and services by implementing and monitoring them across all digital networks.
Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
- Use of Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) and other proprietary CMS’s to update and maintain all Online web content
- Manage, generate, edit, publish and share content on digital channels
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Oversee content creation for assets to be distributed across website, blog, social media, email, digital advertising, and more.
- Collaborate with internal customers and in-house Creative team on content creation and content ideas to meet business objectives for specific audiences and countries
- Continually look for new ways to produce engaging, scalable content
- Closely collaborate with the in-house Creative team to guide and produce high quality content.
- Manage brand online reputation, monitor blogs and forums for brand mentions and compile data to understand brand sentiment
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to colleagues and management
- Manage and escalate all technical issues with brand website to corporate support
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
